Sparkling Brut Rosé, Estate Grown, 2020

Tasting notes | Our Cast Brut Rose has a beautiful pink ballet slipper color.  Aromas of fresh picked strawberry, strawberries and cream, some raspberry notes, and a hint of pink rose petal. The palate has beautiful, muddled strawberry notes with hints of satsuma orange zest and Meyer lemon. The palate is well balanced between fruit forward and acidity. All around this is absolutely delicious!
