Sparkling Blanc de Noirs, Napa Valley, 2021

Tasting Notes | Our 2021 Blanc de Noir is 100% Pinot Noir. It has a beautiful golden yellow color with aromas of muddled raspberry, crème brulée, toasted hazelnuts, buttery pie crust and lemon chiffon. The palate is warm and inviting with butterscotch, honey, and some delicate citrus notes. The finish is long with a great balance of fruit and acidity. Delicious on its own but will be a great companion to hors d'oeuvres as well.
