30% Cabernet Sauvignon | 26% Cabernet Franc | 22% Merlot | 18% Malbec | 4% Petit Verdot

Tasting Notes | This is a quintessential bordeaux blend. The aromas are of black tea, leather, cassis, black currant, blackberry fruit leather, and deep red earth. The palate is rich and earth toned but still filled with dark fruit notes on the front palate. The tannins are well-integrated and juicy but linger on the palate. The savory thyme notes mesh quite well with the black cherry and berry notes leaving a balanced, nuanced wine that will be a good food pairing wine but still great to have a glass of on its own.
