Sauvignon Blanc, Bucher Vineyard, 2021
Tasting notes | Always one of my favorite wines that we make, this vintage is no exception. Aromas of white flowers, honeysuckle, lemon verbena, sweet tarts, and lemon-lime. The palate is well balanced with fruit forward notes on the front and great palate weight and lemon oil texture. The oak feels incredibly subtle yet lifts the fruit and gives some heft to the palate. The wine finishes with balanced acidity and unctuous texture. Just beautiful.
